Shipping Times

Our goal is to offer the best shipping options, to all of our customers. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, while providing the very highest levels of responsiveness to your needs at all times.

The time frame for order delivery consists of two components:

• The first is Fulfillment of your order (Processing): Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing of your order normally falls in the range of 2-7 business days. ***Please note: Currently that time frame has be extended to 15-20 business days due to COVID-19.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders shipping range is between 2-5 business days.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
