Refund Policy

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee. Because our products are custom printed for each customer, they will qualify for a return or exchange only if the product itself is flawed/damaged, if the quality of the printing is poor, or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site. You have 30 days from the receipt of the item to return it for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense.

If there's an issue with your product, please submit a claim through our online form. You'll need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order.
We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors.
Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.


The item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it.

We review claims within 72 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation that will allow you to track the progress of your replacement/exchange. Replacement orders generally take 5 - 10 business days for processing.

After the 30 day period we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange, unfortunately.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment. Please Include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund after the 5-10 business day period:
Contact your credit card company, as some companies processing time may vary before your refund is officially posted.
If you have a banking institution you used for payment contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items will be replaced/exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to our store address (will be provided)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their address to be given to you at a later time, then we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our store address (will be provided in email).

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs for the item(s). Please be advised that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping costs associated with shipping out your order will be deducted from the original total purchase price.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
